EOSA is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to education, innovation, digital inclusion, sustainable development and community empowerment in Cameroon.
Who we are
EOSA brings together the alumni of the École Normale Supérieure de l’Enseignement Technique (ENSET) of Douala and its annexes — a network of technical educators, inspectors, professionals and entrepreneurs working to turn competencies into impact.

DGTI recently secured support through the Impulsouth Just Energy Transition Learning and Innovation Grants Program. EOSA acts as a strategic implementation partner, contributing expertise in Competency-Based Approaches, territorial incubation, mentoring and entrepreneurship support.
